تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في المحرك لتطبيق نظام الايزو 14001 و المحفزات لتبني مثل هذا النظام بالإضافة إلى المعلومات أثناء تنفيذه الأمامي على مستوى القطاع الخاص في تايلاند.
كما يتطرق هذا البحث إلى دراسة أثر تبني مثل هذا النظام للمؤسسة الحاصلة على شهادة الايزو 14001 على كفاءة البيئة.
و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هنالك تأثير واضح على التحسن في الأداء للمؤسسة الحاصلة على إلا يزو 14001 من الناحية البيئة، كذلك لوحظ أن هنالك توجه واضح من المؤسسات بعد تطبيقها النظام إلى الحفاظ على المصادر الطبيعة نحو استخدمها بشكل امثل الطاقة و المياه و الورق.
توصلت الدراسة و بناء على إجابات المؤسسات إلى أن هنالك علاقة أفضل ما بين القطاع الخاص و العام و المجتمع المحلي بعد تنفيذ النظام.
على الرغم من ذلك لا زالت المؤسسات التي طبقت النظام بنظر إلى دعم مالي و معنوي من القطاع العام نتيجة للكلفة العالية للحصول على الشهادة و كذلك التطويرات التي تلزم أثناء تنفيذ هذا النظام.
Abstract EN
This paper aims to investigate motivation for ISO 14001-based environmental management system (EMS) implementation, difficulties encountered, and effects of implementation on priority concerns and environmental performance of the certified firms in Thailand.
To achieve these objectives a questionnaire survey study was conducted among the certified firms.
Respondent’s results have shown that there is a significant influence on enhancing environmental performance of certified firms.
More attention was given to manage natural resources consumption such as energy, paper and water.
In addition, certified firms reported that better partnership has been built between local authority and community upon adopting the system, However, firms still look for more governmental support such as tax exemption and more reliable information resources.
