Abstract EN

This study deals with the concept of divulgence and confession as they were used in different senses and alternations.

It aims at shedding light on these concepts as they are used in the autobiography of Fadwa Tuqan who has recently received an Honorary Doctorate Degree.

Both volumes (Rihlah Jabaliyah - Rihlah Sa ’bah = A Mountainous Journey - A Difficult Journey and al- Rihlah al As'ab - The Most Difficult Journey) demonstrate her literary style and give the reader useful information about her poetry and personal life.

The volumes also introduce us to the nature of her prose style characterized by colorful emotions that combine poetic inspiration and prose particularities.
