The protection contract in the Islamic comparative Fiqh is regarded as a core of the Islamic laws which relate to the refugees nowadays.
In this research, I focus on this kind of laws to reveal the responsibility of the refugees returning to thier homeland, and their right to enjoy religious freedom during their stay at the refuge country.
This research tries to bring in to light the role of Islam in resolving the problem of refugees, and to specify the Islamic laws related refugees
