Abstract EN

The book of “Al-Mufasal” in grammatical analyses, written by Jaraliah, Abu Al-Qassim, Mahmoud Bin Umar Al-Zamakhshari in the early years of the sixth century of Islamic calendar, represents a complete model in organizing the subject, and sets an example that is the first of its kind.

Al-Mufasal was taken by confident and recommended by the scholars as a high calibre book, and a complete unit in Arabic Grammar, therefore, it was subject to all kinds of studies, remembrance, summarization, explanation and commentaries.

Commentaries on Al-Mufasal were good in number, but best among them those were made during the seventh century, as the explanation followed after were dependent on the ones before.

Therefore this work is based on the most famous three commentaries of that century, which were left by “Ibin Yaeeish”, Al-Sakhawi, and Ibn Al-Hajib.

The work reviews the method of each scholar separately in such a way that the student can notice the distinction and learn by himself the differences between each one and each author.

The paper finalizes by a summary that includeds the achievement of this research.
