Abstract EN

This paper has endeavoured to study the community and the rhetoric in this Poem.

The Poem portrays war which was waged between two neighbour tribes due to deep hostilities and rancour against each other.

There were many allusions and hints referring to a group of events and valus in this discourse.

The research has drawn upon two technical sources: figurative and the linguistic.

These two sources have formed a structural dynamic and creative method related to the poet who can well be described as a spokesman for the community and who is both just and fair in his evaluation which reflected in his poem which is considered as the first of its type in the Pre-Islamic Poetr.

To be fair to the poet, wc must confess that this poem is one of the masterpieces of this genre.
