Abstract EN

People in old and modem days have suffered greatly form the blind devotion to the tribe and the gender discriminative attiude against Justice and attitude which is Righteousness.

This is most prominent among the Arab nation which occupied the lion’s share of this unjust and against god’s commandments.

For that reason, I decided to write about this topic from the Qur’anic and the shari’a scope, so as to reveal the righteus face of the matter.

I have showed in this research the true definition of this problem from the language and shri’a points of view.

The Jahiiliyet blind devotion and discrimination towards the tribe and the ruling of the Holy Qur’an is addressed.

I have also cited the holy uses that are relevant to the research.

I have consulted and cited the scholar’s opinions regarding this subject.

Moreover, I have revealed the Sunnat’s stand as ruling in the matter.

In addition, I have cited the problems which are relevant to the subject.

The scholars, opinions and translations and their key features, along with my comments and discussion.

I have consulted the opinions of some sociologists such as Ibn-Khaldoun and commented on his opinion.

Also, I revealed the Islamic point of view against blind devotion and discriminations and the Islamic effective cures regarding the matter.

In addition, I have revealed the differences which Islam has shown between the blind devotion and the love for the nation and the tribe.

This instinctive love toward the nation and tribe causes the individuals to excel and succeed on the condition not to turn this love into blind and heatred devotion, which will cause injustice to other.

I conclude my research with results I have been able to reach.
