This researcbs theme depends on the study of developing of undergraduateAccounting education system T especially, the accounting education system in Iraq .This has done through developing ability to understand and investigate those main and complex problems _ possibility of providing its radical soulotkms in light of the radical change approach concepts and requirmeu's to achieve harmony requireincuts between system and its social environment and requirements in this eara .Therefore , It has adopted inductive approach for studying nature of the main elements of education system and social environment in Iraq .1110 content analysis approach in context of determine a main problems that coniuse of ability to harmony blewecn the system and its social envimmucnt has tackled Thus , it lias depended upon tbenriticn! and fsild analysis to test hypothesis and achieve goals of the research.
