Abstract EN

In the light of its questions, this research offered the following contributions: 1- Highlighted the characteristics of the “Enterpreneur" 2- Offered a multiple-Base Taxonomy of the business incubators.

3- Proposed a practical model for the intiation and operation of the business incubators.

4- Suggested a frame work to improve the educational system with emphasis on the the preparation of the enterpreneurs.

5- Highlighted the impact of the incubators on the economic secu- rity of the Arab world.

Based on the research results, the following recommendations were made: 1- Efforts of all bodies concerned with the initiation and operation of the business incubators should be well coordinated.

2- Existing business incubators should be subjected to critical review through scientific research.

3- The proposed model should be subjected to experimentation, and results should be well disseminated.
