Abstract EN

This paper is mainly concerned with the different elements of systematization in the Arabic language and its changes in the whole system From a linguistic point of view there exist two kinds of language changes; one of them depends on language system the other on context rules It is the task of the current study to include system conditioned changes and exclude context conditioned changes .

The decision on whether or not a change has been caused by a linguistic law or other linguistic elements is based on the deduction of its conditions and history What is particularly relevant in connection with our subject is the fact that the Arabic language has a special situation because it passed through a long Standardization process .

We are less concerned in this paper with the grammarian's linguistic theories than with the inferences and consequences of their attitudes during the process of dealing with Regularity and Irregularity of language Grammar.
