الدافعية إلى المهنة لدى العاملين في الرقابة الجوية في الأردن

Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to investigate and examine employees Motivation in Air-trafic Control Department in Jordan.

It also aims to explore and determine the applicability of the most popular Motivation theory (Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs theory) to the population of this study.

A research instrument was developed to collect data.

The investigation has surveyed all of the population.

A total of 108 completed questionnaires were returned.

The result of the statistical analysis of This study indicated that the following Motives were ranked high by the participants: innovation at work and the profession .easiness of getting a job, working conditions and environment .The Motives Which ranked Law Were: Work responsibility, work group and peers, and the usage of capabilities at work Results of one- way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and discriminate analysis showed no significant effect of the different variable on Motivations of the Participant.

Finally, the Hierarchy af Needs theory were not considered valid for this study.
