Abstract EN

The Purpose of this study are to diagnonse Organizational Political Behavior (O.P.B) of Public Managers in Karak Governorate To survey and examine attitudes of (184) managers, as a sample toward Impression Management, Devious Political Behavior, and Machiavelei Style of Management.

To examine effects of age, Sex, Education, and Lenght of ervice on (O.P.B): The findings of the study indicate that: 1.

There is a phenommenon of (O.P.B), however, managers' behavior can be classified as ethically committed.

2.

Public Managers have a positive and strong attitudes toward Impression Management.

3.

Public Managers have a moderate tendency toward Devious Political Behavior.

4.

There is a weak tendency among Public Mangers toward Machiavelei style of management.

5.

There are no relationships between (O.P.B) and all independent variables of Age, Sex, Education, and Length of Service.

6.

Finally, all hypotheses are accepted confirming that managers' behavior is ethically committed.
