This essay discusses the issue of the land lord's obligation that the tenant would benefects - as well as possible -form the state.

If the tenant is prevented in a way or an-other to make full use from the state by a third person other than the land lord, then the land lord is not obliged to compensate the tenant, unless there is a legal reason, then the land lord is a legal reason, then the land lord is demanded to compensate the tenant.
