This paper is an epigraphical and analytical study of two Abbasid inscriptions which were written in a simple Kufic style.
They were found in Wadi el-Garah region, through the first season of an epigraphical and archaeological survey.
This paper is a study of an early Abbasid inscriptions conducted by the authors in May 1999.
The inscriptions carried personal names ended by the same family tree name; the name of Hamam.
