Abstract EN

The purpose of this study was to investigate teaching in Tulkarm District, the effect of qualification degree and experience variables on these competencies.

Questionnaire were chosen as a sample for this study.

The results indicated a medium degree teacher in Tulkarm Districts were the percentage ofresponse was (79.91%).

Furthermore, results indicated that the rank of the study was as follows: class management (84.45%), social relation (81.72%), objectives (80.47%), activities (76.72%), arid evaluation (76.27%).

Also, results indicated significant differences between diploma and bachelor in favor of bachelor holders, and between long and short experiences in favor of long one.

According to the results, the researchers recommend to prepare rehabilitation program for diploma holders to achieve bachelor degree.
