The commission is a commercial activity contain the approximajion bettween the points of view of the interested parties in making an agreement and ending the desired agreement, the importance of this agreement to ease the circulation morement and completion the transactions and if the broker assumed his deed professionally he will win a character of merchant , so for his working will take wage this wage will be called commission , if his efforts gives the desired result from the agreement.

The Palestinian law organized the commission vocation in Gaza Strip in law #5 for the gear 1998 wich amended by the law # 30 for the gear 1930 This law became unsuitable in many of it,s terms to suit the commercial and legislative derelopment followed it , this what we will see during this research , specialy when we do comparative lawful study .
