Abstract EN

The present study deals with the character of A1 HUBAB BIN AL-MUNTHER AL-KHAZRAJI who was known as Dhu Al-Rai (He who has an opinion) owing to the excellence of this thought and exquisiteness of his managment that were manifest in the advice he gave to the Holy Prophet (Peace be upon him) during his battles.

His character was characterized by many other features that gained him success.

Of these features is his distingusished bravery.

He took part in all of the battles led by the Prophet and he proved courageous therein.

He led some of the Muslims to copture one the castles of Khaibar.

his intelligence could be seen in his opinions and suggestions and in the nature of the task ascribed to him such as gathering information about the forces of the unbelievers before the Battle of Uhud and other battles.

This study results in the following points: - First:- the importance of Al-Shura in the Prophet's strategy and his plans.

Besides., his followers distinction between revelation and what is not, wherein they can give their opinions.

Second:- The investigation of AL-HUBAB'S suggestion reveals in a definite way that Muslims were innovative in military affairs at that time.

Third:- The Prophet's genius was manifest in his realization of the significant influence of lavishing some of his followers with titles derived from the field wherein they were creative in order to motivate all Muslims to continue serving the Islamic mission.
