أجريت هذه الدراسة على 50 مريض من مرضى الذئبة الحمراء، 30 من الأشخاص الأصحاء كمجموعة ضابطة و تم أخذ عينات من الدم الوريدي لتلك المجموعتين و ذلك لقياس البيتاكيموكين.
و كانت النتائج كالآتي : نسبة آر آيه إن تي إي إس تقل بدرجة لها دلالة إحصائية في مصل المرضى الذين يعانون من الذئبة الحمراء النشطة عن المجموعة الضابطة.
و كذلك وجد أن هناك زيادة في نسبة إم سي بي – 1 في مصل المرضى الذين يعانون من الذئبة الحمراء النشطة عن المجموعة الضابطة بدرجة لها دلالة إحصائية.
و تخلص هذه الدراسة إلى قيمة آر آيه إن تي إي إس، إم بي سي – 1 في المصل يمكن أن تستخدم كدلالة على النشاط المرضي.
Abstract EN
The serum levels of β-chemokines (MIP-1β, MIP-1β RANTES, and MCP-1) in fifty systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients and thirty matched healthy controls were determined with ELISA.
There was a significant difference between the patients with active SLE and healthy controls in the serum concentrations of RANTES (p<0.01) and MCP-1 (p<0.001), but not MIP-1β (p = 0.06) or MIP-1β (p= 0.58).
A decrease of RANTES and an increase of MCP-1was observed with the progression of disease activity in SLE patients.
