This paper aims to show that every individual’s conduct which causes moral hurt is considered a felony to be punished according to Islamic Shari'a.

This punishment might be a kind of financial compensation or any other punishment.

Moreover, it explains that this judgment for compensation or any other punishment will be transferred to the victim's inheriters.

In other words, this paper is a comparative study between Islamic Shari'a and modem laws.
