Abstract EN
The purpose of this study is to investigate the attitudes of Mu'tah University students towards marriage, women, marriage relationship, the independence of the couples and engagement.
This study shows the differences in attitudes according to sex and income.
The sample of this study is composed of 400 students (male and female) of Mu'tah University.
The researchers used Smadi's scale to examine these attitudes.
The study reveals a general conservative view by approving the traditional view towards women and marriage.
The result proved that there are statistical differences according to sex and income.
