This study reveals the opinion of jurisprudents on the question of selling and exhanging "WakfThe study shows that allowing the selling and exchanging of "Wakf makes it flexible and able to keep up with the deovelopments of the modern age; it also enables "Wakf" to contribute to all phases of development by investing its money in profitable project.
