Abstract EN

The recent researches in the educative psychology revealed that some of the offbeat students are unable to solve their own problems and face difficulty in taking the suitable strategies to direct their manners and behaviors.

Also it showed that more than two-third of the materials used in the diagnosis and the classifications don’t include the psychometric limitaries for proper measuring wherefrom honesty, stability and norms whearas the measures used for diagnosis can't be used with growth changes happen with offbeat children through their treatment and they are closer to the short range measures wherefrom the age range that it covers, for that there is a need to use other measures that can suite our Arabic society that differs from other societies in its cultural and social aspects.

So, the outgrowth tests battery w-as concoted and considered as one of the most dynamic measures because it is not fixed and it supposes that the diagnostic procedure is a continuous procedure so it minimizes the pressure made on the child and guides him to solve his problems.

The researcher believes that the needed evaluation methods are the ones that answer the three questions: what, how and why does the student learn? And the outgrowth tests battery was concoted for certain reasons include; determining the problem, measuring and diagnosing the child's grow-th and determining the kind of help needed.

The outgrowth tests battery relays on the qualitative rather than quantitive rules and gives the child longer time.

It also milts the diagnosis with the guidance, determining the positives and negatives in the child and joins between the diagnosis and learning.
