This paper sheds light on some of A1 Suty’s political views.

It reveals the attitude he assumed towards the condi¬tion that the Muslim Caliph must be Koreishite, and hid stand towards Al Rashedin, Ommiads, and Abbasides’ Ca-liphs; the paper shows his bias towards Abbasides’, His opinions about the forbiddenness of rebelling against the Muslim ruler, the coexistence of more than one Caliph (the unity of Kilafa (Caliphate)).

Finally the paper shows Al Suty’s criticism of Al Burjiyah Mamelukes regime
