When issuing the procedural civil law currently applied, the legislator has included a few amendments to make up for the shortage in the procedural law No.

In doing so, he introduced a number of legal systems, among which is the subpoena system, which specifies certain procedures that the subpoena officer shouldfol-low when perfomiing this duty.

By discussing; and analyzing die basic rules that deal with summons, the study explains what this law stipulates and the penalties imposed on those who violate it.

The researcher also examines these laws arid points out their deficiencies, vagueness and suggests appropriate amendments.

Thus, he hopes to make the subpoena procedures easier and less complicated, but maintain the general laws and the basic principles of the present legislation as they are at present.
