The Phenomena of the multiplication of crimes results when a peiv soil commits mumerous crimes, each one has its own legal nature And it also comes from one act has many criminal descriptions.

The first case is called the real multiplication of crimes, and the second one is called the moral multiplication.

The Jordaian legislation adopted the principle of accumulating the penalties.

As to the real multiplication, provided that penalties, as a whole, shall not exceed the maximum penalty prescribed for the principal crime, adding to that penalty prescribed not more than half of it, In view of the moral multiplication, all Legal descriptions for one criminal act must be mentioned, arid the principal penally shall be applied.
