This survey aims at studying the phonetic thought of Suooty.

It points out the phonetic thoughts and view points which he has come up with.

It also Clarifes the extent of coordination between these thoughts and modern phonetic studies.

The survey concludes that Suyooty was able to identify the dimensions of the phonetic system of Arabic.

He comes up with phonetic thoughts which anticede modem phonteic scince.

He points out that the speech organs of a human being extent from the deep most of the Lungs to the lips.

He also divides the Arabic sounds into sixteen articlations of sound according to the conflicts which oppose the flow of sounds.
