Abstract EN

This study examines and analyses the impact of committees membership in daily administrative work.

The study is based on data obtained from and stratified sample consisting of 117 administrator, in ten Jordanian public organizations.

The sample was 40% of the population.

The findings of the study revealed that Members of committees should be carefuty chosen in order to participate effectively in their work.
