إجراءات التقاضي الإدارية أمام محكمة العدل العليا الأردنية : دراسة مقارنة

Abstract EN

This comparative study aims at showing the differences between the characteristics of the procedure of the administrative sanction and other sanction as systems for punishment and how much they apply these systems before the Supreme Court from the initiations of the charges to the final disposition before the court.

This study has shown that the Jordanian legislator is occasionally very strict and at other times is not so with the result that the application of the rules is inconsistent.

Some-times the rules restrict the Judge's access to the details of the case so that he will not be able to arrive at the truth of the matter.

This study concludes by offering some suggestions for developing the procedures of the court in order to make these procedures accessible to those who are concerned and assist the judge to arrive at the truth of the matter.
