Abstract EN

As a result of the crises that humanity suffered from wars, the idea of establishing legal rules to secure protection of the human beings during wars and the occupation that follows.

These laws were known as human international law.

This research clarifies these laws, and it shows the extent to which Israel respectsthem during its occupation of the Palestinian territory.

Following the results of this paper, I can say that Israel did not respect hte rules of the human international law in its dealings with the citizens of the occupied Palestinian territories, and it has proved that Oslo agreement and other agreements signed between Israel andHG PLO did not hinder Israel's policy of no respect of the rules of international law, amatter which calls for other means of thinking in this regard.
