Hence the study aimed to regulate the scale factor (the commitment), a sample of (60) students, and then applied to the sample of (200) students, from the first phase in the faculties of the University of Muthanna for the academic year (2009/2010), to determine the the fact that the differences among them according to the colleges to whichtheybelong.
