تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى السمات الأساسية للعمل التطوعي في فلسطين.
و في صيروة تطوره منذ مطلع القرن العشرين و حتى وقتنا الحاضر.
منهجية الدراسة : تعتمد الدراسة المنهج التاريخي المقارن، بغرض الكشف عن خصائص كل من الماضي و الحاضر، و ذلك بالاعتماد على مراجعة للأدبيات المتصلة بتاريخ العمل التطوعي في فلسطين، ثم تستكمل الصورة باستخدام أسلوب المقابلة المفتوحة في جمع معلومات حول الحاضر و الماضي القريب مع رواد الحركة التطوعية و ناشطيها.
لذا نجد أن المسيرة التاريخية للعمل التطوعي مرت بأربع مراحل مختلفة اتسمت كل مرحلة بمجموعة من السمات العامة, و هي : 1.مرحلة العمل التطوعي (العونة) : شكلت العونة جزءا حيويا من الفعل الاجتماعي التطوعي العفوي التلقائي، كجزء من القيم الاجتماعية التي صاغتها المجتمعات البسيطة و التقليدية.
2.مرحلة العمل التطوعي التقليدي من (19-1970) : ارتبطت تلك المرحلة بإنشاء مؤسسات و منظمات متنوعة ذات طبيعة خدماتية، و اتخذ عملها طابعا رعائيا و إغاثيا.
3.مرحلة العمل التطوعي الوطني من (70-1990) : ارتبط العمل التطوعي بالعمل الوطني في هذه المرحلة، عبر إنشاء لجان و منظمات مهنية جماهيرية، عملت على ربط الناس بالأرض و فكرة المقاومة و الصمود.
4.مرحلة العمل التطوعي المدني من (90 حثى الوقت الحاضر) : ارتبط العمل التطوعي بإنشاء مؤسسات و منظمات مدنية مهنية متخصصة، تعمل بالمشاركة مع المجتمع المحلي لتوفير خدمات نوعية.
Abstract EN
The study seeks identifying the main features of voluntary work in Palestine within the developmental process it passed through from the start of the twentieth century.Until now.
Methodology : The researcher applied the historical comparative approach in order to highlight the previous and current features of voluntary work depending on literature review that tackled the historical background of voluntary work in Palestine.After that the researcher depended on the open interviews with experts and activists in order to collect data about the current phase and the previous phase of voluntary work The researcher realized that the voluntary work process in Palestine passed through various phases with special features for each and in order to facilitate exploring these phases, they were divided over four main stages: Voluntary Work (Quna) : Ouna represents one of the main components of social spontaneous activeness as part of the social values.
Formed by simple traditional societies.
Traditional Voluntary Work Phase (19 - 1970): This phase is connected with the emergence and establishment of service organizations.
National Voluntary Work Phase (70 - 1990): During this phase, voluntary work was connected directly with the national struggle.
Civil Voluntary Work Phase (90 - up to date): Within this phase, voluntary work was connected with the emergence of specialized professional organizations.
