الحدود .. جوابر أم زواجر?

Abstract EN

It is the approximate punishment by Islamic legislator .

There are two kinds of these limitations ; either as an obstacle which prevent the murderer to commit his crime ; or a comprehensive punishment which the murderer can loose his life.

The aggressor can not be permit in the second lift .

It is a matter of the will of ALLAH .

Some times the punishment takes the formula of oblige in the first lift and dose not follows by an other punishment in the second one.
