يهدف البحث الحالي إلى إبراز المقومات الأساسية للشخصية الموصلية و أثر الأخدث التاريخية في بناء تلك الشخصية الوطنية خلال فترة التاريخ الحديث ابتداءاً من فترة السيطرة العثمانية على الموصل 1516 م و ما خلفته تلك الشخصية التاريخية من آثار على الشخصية الموصلية و مروراً بالاحتلال البريطاني سنة 1918 م و من ثم العهد الملكي خلال الفترة 1921 – 1985 م و ما شهدته البلاد من تطورات سياسية و اجتماعية و وطنية جمة كان لها آثارها على بناء الشخصية الوطنية الموصلية التي طبعتها بطابع الجد و المثابرة و الصدق و الإقدام و البسالة و التدبير.
Abstract EN
The aim of this research is to show the fundamental introduction for the Mousl personality and the effect of the historical events to build that nation personality during the period of Othmenic control on Mosul 1516 and what was left that historical personality from the events on Mosul personality and going through the British occupation on Mousul 1918 and then the Kingdom reign from the period 1951-1958 and what the country showed the political, social and national developments all over, that which had the effect to build the Mosulian national personality which covered of working hard, persistence faith, dignity, courageous and respect.
