Al-Tanookhi has the methodological ability to employ the social activities according to the historical viewpoint .

The research dealt with the life of Al-Tanookhi and his ideological formation and the influence of that in his methodology, in addition to the reasons for authorizing the book represented by the objective and subjective reasons , the research also discussed the cultural value of the book in all its political, social, educational and economical aspects to form the methodology of Al- Tanooki in his book entitled “ Nishar Al-Muhadara wa Akhbar Al- Muthakara“.
