Abstract EN

This research aims at Studing Some Economic Opinions and applications that had happened during the period which Osman Bin Affan (Radi Allah anho) had lived before and during his governance period.

The research started from that hypothesis ; then it treated this content according to some sections.

It consists of Four Sections as Follows : Section 1 discusses briefly the background of the researchs problem, its importance and significance, its hypothesis and the background studies.

Section 2 deals with an outline of Osman Bin Affan, (Radi Allah Anho) history and his descent in order for the research arrives to its framework.

Section 3 studies his economic efforts in many areas such as, trade, financing of military effort, economic development and public utilities.

Section 4 Outlines economic and developmental policies during Osmans governance period : Financial, monetary, duties.

Finance and pricing policies, in addition to studying Osmans developmental policies which dealt with agricultural development, social capital, trade, welfare and Capitalists.

At the end, the research had reached some results .

The most impartant results were as follows : 1-Osman Bin Affan (Radi Allah Anho) played an important role in supporting the Islamic Religion.

2-His prevention of poverty in by Launching Food subsidies (Kavelah).

3-His Preservation of public money (pubic wealth or property) and his love for his people.

His utilisation of a rationalised financial Policy and his concern with human and economic development.
