Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the degree of appreciation teachers basic provinces of Gaza to the efforts of the school principal core provinces of Gaza in improving educational methods for people with special needs, as well as detect whether there are differences of statistical level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores estimate the sample of these efforts due to the variable (sex, specialty, years of service).

To achieve these goals, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method application study tool consisting of 41 items distributed on five areas on the (700) teachers from the school's staff told the United Nations Relief and Works Agency in Gaza Governorates.

The study found the following results : -Total degree of estimate the sample to the efforts of the Director of the school in improving educational methods for people with special needs were (84.31 %), which is relatively high, has occupied the first area (administrative efforts) to first place by (87.90 %), followed by the third area (technical efforts) on center the second relative weight (87.31 %), followed by the fourth area (social efforts) finished third with a relative weight (85.09 %), followed by the fifth area (creative efforts) for fourth place relative weight (80.80 %), and finally the second area (regulatory efforts) on the last rank relative weight (80.47 %).

-No statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores estimate the sample to the efforts of the Director of the school in improving educational methods for people with special needs due to the variable specialization and years of service, while there are differences related to gender, in favor of females.
