Abstract EN

This study is concerned with the protective measures, on the part of the Da'wah and Hisbah bodies, against administrative corruption.

One of the aims of the study is to present the legal approaches of Da'wah and Hisbah when dealing with the administrative corruption in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.

Research Methodology: Inductive and deductive.

Results of the Study: The study presents a number of types of administrative corruption.

It has resulted in the protective measures of Da'wah against administrative corruption, which are directed to three groups: (1), to governors and their deputies, (2) to administrators, and (3) to the public in order to assert the importance of confronting administrative corruption with knowledge.

The study has also pointed out the observatory measures of Hisbah which revolve around two main points;, the first is to set forth repressive laws and, and the second is related to concerned organizations, including their terms of reference, which are the Control and Investigation Board, General Auditing Bureau , and the National Anti-corruption Commission.

Recommendations: The researcher recommends updating the laws of anticorruption , and bridging the gaps to keep pace with the requirements of the modern time.

He also recommends communication between organizations of Hisbah and the Anti-corruption Commission, on one side, and the specialized scientific departments in universities, on the other side.

In addition, recommendations are made in regard of the role of scholars and preachers in thwarting administrative corruption in accordance with the law, which is open to many preaching programs.

Finally, the researcher recommends the exertion of more efforts by officials in various positions s to fight corruption in all its types mentioned in the study.
