This study addressed women image in Islamic poetry precisely the era of early Islam.

There is no doubt that poetry is a true mirror of society in which it was said.

The study demonstrated the image of women in the poetry of Islam ; as Islam gave women their full rights undiminished, the poetry of early Islam in spite of it was very few but it expressed the true image of women and kept her dignity according to the commitment of Muslims by Islamic rules, except some of the poets who did not abide by the teachings of Islam.

The study addressed the status of women and how Islam gives them their rights.

The study investigated the work of three of the poets, in early Islam centuries; these poets are Hassan ibn Thabit and Ka'b ibn Zuhair, and Al-htya.

The aim of this paper is to clarify the women image in the work of the poets at the early Islam era.

The key findings of this study are that Islam has changed the poets look at women from point of view before Islam century to be respected and appreciated.
