Abstract EN

The aim of this study was to stand on the tolerance and easiness of Islamic Sharia, and to see the virtues of this religion, and assure the roots of inference, through clarification of correct evidence from false ones; and to elucidate the proper way for inferring.

Not all true evidences are valid to be inferred with.

In the course of this study, the researcher arrived to that coercion has an impact in overlooking an offense and punishing the one who dared do the forbidden act.

It also affects the changing of some of the rulings ensuing from the say or act of the compelled.

As for prohibition, it remains constant and always the same.

Assigning the compelled is right as he comprehends the message, has a choice in engaging courageously in or refraining from the act, no impossibility in assigning him and the terms of assigning is obtainable in him and coercion does not terminate assignment eligibility but can reduce it while the compelled remains assigned.
