Abstract EN

This paper is concerned with the issue of the interpretation of constitution in general and of the Jordanian constitution .in particular.

It deals with these interpretations of the Jordanian constitution made by the Higher Council according to its mandatory power.

The paper suggests an appropriate solutions such as the establishing ot a constitutional court, which can take the responsibility of interpreting the constitution, and contribute to the creation of the state of law.
