أخلاقيات ممارسة مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية في فلسطين و مدى تطبيقها في بعض مؤسسات الخدمة الاجتماعية "بالتطبيق على مدينة غزة"

Abstract EN

Social work is a profession humanity rooted in many other Social fields، especially when the focus of talk about the relationships developed and multiple fields with contemporary society، and requires research and work where the need for deep understanding of its humanitarian mission، and the difficulty in measuring the various services، whether through their Beneficiaries or through practitioners at all fields;، like the rest of the other social sciences، has been the aim of this study was to identify the ethics of the practice of social work profession in some social work institutions in the city of Gaza، and also to identify problems and obstacles to the application of these ethics، with develop a proposal for how to overcome through the development of the moral aspect of the the practice of the profession as well as the work of the integrated directory of Ethics for the practice of the profession in Palestine with a mechanism to oversee its application in the institutions of Palestinian society.

And the study answered the questions that revolve around the features of this ethics as perceived by groups that receive the service in those institutions with a description of the reality of the work of these institutions and the role of social worker.

The researcher has applied the descriptive approach of a random sample consisting of (20) beneficiaries of social work in (4 ) institutions، each of them (5) beneficiaries of these institutions is a Elrabea institution for juvenile and Gaza Central Prison and Elamal Institute for the orphans and the Balsam Association for community rehabilitation with the application of number (20) Questionnaire on the social workers who work in it، has been analyzing the data through the computer using the statistical package of Social Sciences (SPSS) .

The main results were:- - There was 55% of the sample feel they are valued and respected of Elrabea juvenile institution، orphans and the Balsam Association، and 25% of the sample do not feel that.

- There was 75% of the sample have a social worker and 25% do not have and this refers to the Non-Proliferation of Applied Social Work profession in some institutions.

- Represented by the ethics does not comply with the specialist rate was 60% of the causes of non-compliance with ethics (lack of responsibility - lack of understanding of ethics - a lack of experience، competence and training - the burdens of life - red tape and lack of innovation - teaching style and concern) .
