Abstract EN

This research aims at reading the mechanisms of significance and artistic structure in the Novel of Gindeel Um Hashim for the Late Arab novelist Yahyia Haggy according to two references: the first is artistic represented in the elements of the novel’s artistic construction in which the narrator is the spearhead and the director of the helm of events, especially since he is responsible of the narration discourse.

The second is semantic attempting to deduce from the artistic reading and values infiltrated from its axes and contents to express the cultural, intellectual and social dimensions of the novel, in addition to the characters’ view point which are searching its objective contexts within the discourse.

Between this and that and the other many ideas and data are included to feed the worlds of the novel and allow other readings which give the work the happening and immortality.
