The style of decorating homes and buildings, off the Nubian homes has a distinctive character reflecting the customs and traditions, and the nature of their land which characterized the fine folk art and make it different from the rest of the fine arts popular with other groups of Sudan.

This Paper deal with the origins of popular art and the cultural influences that contributed to the development and make it a distinctive character appeared in the forms designed by the Nubian artist traditional methods, which had followed in the decoration, their forms and aesthetic values of art.

These can contribute to creating a work of creative, the spirit and characteristics of our culture.

Researcher chose (Nubian gate) as the design process and then printed for purposes of textiles (fashion bed sheets, curtains etc ...).
