The study aimed at examining the relationship of anxiety and the concentration of attention of the football official and.

To identify the differences in the various division through the influence of anxiety (psychodynamic-epistemic) on the concentration of attention during their performance in matches-management and with regarded to the official’s qualities in terms of the (age-marital status-academic qualifications-division-experiences in the field of refereeing).

The population of the study consisted of 745 officials in different division (international-national-first-second-third) recognized by the Sudanese football association for the season (2009-2010 AD) and a random sample of 180 officials was examined.

The researcher used the descriptive approach beside the questionnaire and direct interview as tools for data collection.

The most important findings of the study : - There is a statistically significant relationship between anxiety (Psychodynamic-epistemic) and the concentration of attention.

-There are no statistically significant differences in anxiety (Psychodynamic-epistemic) for football officials in Sudan due to variables of (age-marital status-academic qualifications-division-experience in the field of referring).

-There are no statistically significant differences in the levels of concentration attention of football officials in Sudan.
