The expiatory issue found in the society and took an intellectual and political space, it had negative side effects in the life of Muslims, it caused in weakening and dispersal of the nation, so as the search dealt with this phenomena with regard to legitimacy based on Sunna and showed the legitimacy judgment through what has been mentioned in Prophet Hadiths.
