Abstract EN

This work deals with the issue of ‘Sociology of scientific research and the challenges of globalization’.

In this work, the author attempts to answer two main questions which are: To what extent is scientific research of the sociological reality influenced by the reality of Arab societies? And what are the scientific challenges brought about as a result of the phenomenon of Globalization and its mechanisms? The author concludes his work by arguing that it is necessary for Arab Muslim societies to attempt to benefit from the scientific and information revolution by exploiting the culture of industrial know how and knowledge in dealing with the special character of social and cultural reality despite the existence of shortcomings, and to reconstruct it from modern and realistic views that correspond to the cultural identity of our Arab Muslim societies.
