Abstract EN

The appearance of work legislations and development of technology and the growth of the worker class created several state administration units called « means of work inspection ».

Its duty is to put in practice the laws and legislatures that concern work, and try to set stability and equilibrium in work relationship.

The change and the development of this one hoosted the importance of work inspecting all over the Arabic countries, and that reflected on the national and Arabic work’s charts which insist on the fondamental rolefundamental role of work inspection, and makes it a means of observation and influence as well as a field of study.

From all what has been said, we try to seek about the reality of the work inspection, and its role in the field of work.

The purpose is to realize in addition to set up all the difficulties that face it.

In the research’s field, we have taken as a model the regional work inspection of Annaba because of its importance and power in the national scale, in the treatment of problems in different affairs, and cases concerning its specialties; for that, we must take it into account and suggest adequate solutions for it.
