إن الدافعية كمفهوم عادة ما تتمثل في ظاهرة جد معقدة تؤثر و تتأثر بالعوامل المحيطية و التنظيمية المتعددة.
و عليه، فإن اللجوء إلى دراسة هذا الموضوع يكون من بين العوامل الهامة المؤدية إلى استيعاب بصفة أدق تباينات تأثيراته في العوامل الأخرى كأسلوب الإشراف و تصميم العمل و نظم المكافأة.
و هذا كونها مرتبطة ارتباطا وطيدا بالأداء و الرضا الوظيفي و الالتزام و التمسك بالمنظمة.
و على ضوء هذا، يهدف هذا المقال إلى توضيح النقاط الرئيسية التالية : -أولا : مفهوم الدافعية.
-ثانيا : عملية الدافعية.
-ثالثا : النماذج الإدارية للدافعية.
Abstract EN
Motivation as a concept represents a highly complex phenomenon that affects, and is affected by a multitude of factors in the organizational setting.
Therefore, an understanding of the topic of motivation is essential in order to comprehend more fully the effects of variations in other factors such as leadership style, job design, and commitment.
The three major points examined in this article are: - The concept of motivation, - The motivational process, and Managerial approaches to motivation.
