أدت ظاهرة التهرب و الغش الضريبي الدولي إلى تبني عددا من الاتفاقيات الدولية الثنائية و متعددة الأطراف، عملت الدول من خلالها على تنسيق التعاون في المجال الجبائي، باعتماد وسائل و آليات وقائية و ردعية ترمي إلى حماية مصالح الدول و النظام الجبائي العالمي من جهة، و تشجيع الاستثمارات الدولية و انتقال رؤوس الأموال من جهة أخرى.
فما مدى نجاح تلك الاتفاقيات في مكافحة التحديات التي يفرضها التهرب الضريبي الدولي ؟
Abstract EN
The phenomenon of evasion and international tax evasion has led States to adopt a number of bilateral and multilateral international conventions, for the adoption of preventive and deterrent means and mechanisms to protect the interests of nations and the world tax system on one side, and encourage foreign investment and capital mobility on the other side.
What is the contribution of these agreements in the fight against the challenges of international tax evasion ?

Le phénomène de l'évasion et la fraude fiscale internationale a conduit les Etats à l'adoption d'un certain nombre de conventions internationales bilatérales et multilatérales, en vue de l'adoption de moyens et mécanismes préventifs et dissuasifs visant à protéger les intérêts des nations et le système fiscal mondiale d'un coté, et encourager les investissements étrangers et la mobilité des capitaux de l'autre coté.
Quel est l’apport de ces conventions dans la lutte contre les défis de l'évasion fiscal international ?
