تم دراسة تأثير تغير نقطة انقلاب منحني القالب ( inflection point) لقوالب البثق المصممة على أساس مفهوم خط الانسياب (streamline) على قيم كل من الحمل اللازم لعملية البثق و نط توزيع مسارات الأنفعال والإجهاد.
صممت ثلاث قوالب وبنقاط انقلاب مختلفة عند (0.75، 0.5، 0.25) من طول القالب وبنسبة تخفيض بالمساحة ( 40) وتحت ظروف التماثل (axisymmetry) وانعدام الاحتكاك (frictionless condition ) حللت النتائج باستخدام برنامج (5.4 Ansys) الخاص بتقنية العناصرالمحددة.
وبينت الدراسة بأن قيم الحمل و توزيع مسارات الانفعال واجهاد القص لعملية البثق بتغير موقع نقطة الانقلاب في منحني القالب وأن أفضل قالب هو الذي يحقق اقل قيم للحمل وأفضل نمط توزيع لمسارات الانفعال والتي تكون أكثر انتظاما وهذا وجد في القالب الذي يمتلك نقطة انقلاب في المنتصف.
Abstract EN
The effect of the inflection point of die profile has been investigated for dies designed according to the streamline concept, dies designed with different inflection point have been adopted (٠.٢٥ ، ٠.٥ ، ٠.٧٥ ) from the original length of die, under the axismmetric condition with reduction of area (%٤٠), under frictionless condition, with pass length (20 mm).A special (F.E.M) cod (Ansys 5.4) has been applied for analysis.The results in this study shows that the position of inflection point effectual on extrusion load and the strain distribution, and the inflection point at which the extrusion load is minimum and more homogenous strain distribution lies in middle of die (i.e at 0.5 L).
