We describe a case of suspected “T-cell-mediated” hypereosinophilic syndrome presenting with cerebral watershed infarcts.
An extensive search for potential embolic sources was negative, supporting the hypothesis that cerebrovascular endothelial dysfunction could have caused the infarcts.
